Organised by local public and private organisations, Energy Days are activities and events that promote a clean energy transition. Any activity can be an Energy Day – from a workshop, to a competition, to a visit in a power station – provided it engages citizens and energy stakeholders.
Energy Days are for everyone (families, businesses) to organise, but they are a great opportunity for cities and local authorities to raise awareness amongst citizens and stakeholders about the energy transition. They can be organised in streets, schools, town halls and are an occasion to inform citizens about what your city is doing for climate and energy.
The Energy Day and what you are promoting through it will receive a great EU-wide visibility, and will receive publicity through the EU Sustainable Energy Week and its promotional channels. Register your Energy Day project before June 2019 to make sure it fully benefits from the visibility given by the EU Sustainable Energy Week!
